I watched Ann Romney's speech at the Republican convention this evening. She was great. The audience loved her. I'm very encouraged that Romney will get a big boost from the convention.

Yes she did news showed her early on checking out the podium and getting use to the TelePrompter.

Yes she used a TelePrompTer, but she spoke to the crowd not the teleprompters and her head didn't swivel back and forth like a washing machine.

Her delivery was smooth for someone who isn't use to speaking in that kind of a venue................the post speech analysis is that she connected with the crowd as well as the TV audience....an overall success.

Juan Williams analysis is a disgrace........

Did she wear a $8000 dress? Because Michelle wears a $10000 dress and the press goes gaga over it but doesn't bring up the price. One of the reasons I want Mitt to win is to get Moochelle off my TV screen. I hope Ann wins and fades into the background.

I don't think it will be slipping away just slowing the momentum. Remember the Reps controlled all back in the 90's and were totally confused with the control and got little to nothing accomplished.
