I've done the private viewing room at New Fine Arts with a lady friend and if you enjoy being a little naughty it can indeed be fun, and a real bargain. A very fun and cost effective place for married types (not to each other) to play when you want a little kink and don't have the time to justify a nice hotel room. If you do the west northwest highway location of New Fine Arts, there is a Mercado Juarez accross the stret so you can do dinner, movie, and dessert---lol. I've usually gone there in the early afternoon and the rooms were always clean and there was always one available. Only downside is that the only furniture was a vinyl loveseat that is rather on the short side, and a glass top table. A bottle of water and something to tidy up with is always a good idea.
They do generally check the room before returning the deposit, unless you are a regular---lol.
I always kept my socks on.....
