Exclamation Thursday Morning

We shall know how the Supreme Court ruled tomorrow (6-28-12).

. . . A decision is due at 10 am and I hope it upholds the entire law!

You will have to wait 'till November. I suspect you will be dissappointed even then...

Aren't you the same SOF that boldly predicted Governor Perry would be the 2012 Republican Presidential nominee?

If so, I would like to be the first to congratulate you. You've struck out 3 times!

I simply underestimated the extent of Perry's stupidity, and I underestimated how statist the Court has become.

I should never have underestimated the ability of politicians and lawyers to screw things up. You're right, I should have known better. I will try to do better in the future.

I hate broccoli and no law will ever make me eat it.

Unless it is lightly steamed, and covered in garlic (that filthy european stuff) and I have a large glass of something in my hand and my other hand inside some wet tights and a beautiful girl looks at me in the eyes and tells me it will help my manhood and can she please experience my throbbing healthy member.

Even so, if the government insists on it i will get immediate droop.

Who the fuck brought up broccoli in this debate?

If the government can make you buy health insurance, it can make you eat broccoli. Justice Scalia.

Exclamation Hope Restored

In case the irony went over your head as most things seem to, I will explain the obvious.

The judge was only being facetious.

Governments have more important things to do and they would never push broccoli down your throat. Even you should know that. Don't you?

The Supreme Court showed their wisdom today and made the only right decision to be made on Health Care.

. . . My hope in the court has been restored today with the vote upholding Health Care!

We all remember you're the cretin that fell for COG's prank about Obama having the Nobel Prize taken back. You probably shouldn't be talking about irony going over someone's head. You're the poster boy for that weakness. You know what they say about people that live in glass houses. Come to think of it, you probably don't.

Exclamation Glass Houses

When you have no rebuttal, I suppose you can always rake up the past to attack someone, but all it really shows is just how vacuous your allegations are.

Glass houses?

. . . Do you ever have anything original to say or just toss around the same old threadbare cliches trying to sound half-ass intelligent?

This is usually done by an absurdly broad interpetation of the commerce clause. We'll find out Thursday if SCOTUS is going to rule that the commerce clause gives the federal government the authority to make everyone buy health insurance. If they make that ruling, there will be essentially no limit to what the feds can make us do.
You nailed it Joe. Proves you are ONE smart Dude...fuckem
