I guess that would explain the all of one black Presidents we've had. The ever growing number of black CEO's, Senators, and Congressmen etc etc etc.

I've seen so many of them start school with other white kids, Asian kids, and Hispanics (some of whom come from homes where English isn't spoken). And due to 'no child left behind', the others are held back because the AA kids just don't get it.

Not to be snide, but i'm curious as to what your actual experience is with this. I can throw out anecdotal evidence too, suggesting that every black person i went to school with did just fine. But then, i went to a small town mostly middle class high-school, and not some run down inner city hole.
