BTW, stop trying to blame Bush for the investigation. The investigation was started by Congress (controlled by Demo-rats) when they were once again wasting taxpayer dollars by investigating PEDs in sports. Evidence gained illegally is inadmissible. Exactly how legal was the senate’s investigation. He had broken no laws. He was accused of doping which is against MLB’s RULES not against any LAWS. Personally, I believe the senate violated Clemens’ Forth Amendment Right against unlawful search and seizure. He was persecuted not prosecuted.

The jury aquited Clemens because they couldn't believe the hypocracy of the charge of lying before Congress. Hell, Pelosi lied about being informed of waterboarding.
