Lies? You want lies? Pick just about any of your misleading and untruthful conclusions.
Now, without lying in your response, go ahead and list the "evil" legislation Obama has signed into law.

COF, it is amusing to watch you scurrying from post to post to lift your leg and pee nonsense. Why do you lead the board in worthless, irrelevant posts?
YOU defined a vote for Obama as a vote for "evil" so my question is relevant and you have yet to answer it.

I also called a vote for Romney evil. Get your facts straight.
One is a full blown socialist, the other more of a socialist "light".
And thanks for the compliment, but there is no way my record can compare to your record of posting complete and utter nonsense and inanity.

You called Obama "evil". Give me the proof you pretend to have that he is evil or go home proving to everyone that you are indeed the untruthful liar you are accused of being.

the wasted vote argument is a burr in my hiney!
I never believed that a vote for 3rd party is a wasted vote.
its basically what happened to Ron Paul, he was tarred and feathered as "wasted vote" propaganda because he can't win or so the media claims.

If Obama wins Kansas' 6 electoral votes because a few think Romney is socialism light, those voters are the "evil " influence.

If Constitutional Conservatism is to prevail at the ballot box and national elections, it will be with incremental victories. Third party candidates don 't stand a chance of winning national offices.

I'm starting to think that a Romney presidency may be just what the Libertarians need. He will not attack freedom as voraciously as Obama, but he will show how little difference there is between Democrats and Republicans. People might wake up, and give the Libertarians the support they need to be recognized as a major party.
In any event, Obama has to go. If Kansas looks close, I will have to vote for Romney.

The exception to the third party can't win rule is the self financed presidential bid. If Ross Perot hadn't turned out to be unstable, he might very well have won. He was polling at over forty percent in a three way race in 1992, before he pulled out.
Someone with Ron Paul's policies, and the ability to self finance, might have a shot at the presidency in the next few years, especially after the coming economic collapse.

I'm not so sure. He once described himself as "progressive" , as believing in the AGW scam, as being "proud" of MA anti-2nd amendment laws as well as the "healthcare" plan he signed in MA. He could, in fact, be worse because of the push he'll get from the preachers on the social issues.
Libertarianism is, in fact, the only alternative being presented to big government domination of the people.

Unfortunately the center of the spectrum is lazy. They don't work in local politics, and they don't vote in primaries. Therefore we get a whole bucket of bad choices to vote for in November.
Both parties seem intent on putting forth more and more extreme choices. The "lesser of two evils" has become the expectation, and that is bad. Unfortunately there is often no good option among the 3rd parties as well--too many of them are living in a complete fantasy world and put forth polyanna messages that do not work in the real world.

unless you are in a battleground state, it most likely doesnt matter
a vote for a third party candidate is one viable way to not achieve any semblance of the direction one wishes for this country.
there are 300+ million of us, do we all think alike? no.
you can draw your circle of acceptable candidates so small as to assure your vote is wasted and even more so, a boon to your most undesireable candidate.
in addition, you really have no idea the potential for charlatanism in the offshoot candidate who has so easily bewitched you with sharp red-meat, bomb-throwing sound bites. it is the easiest thing to rouse passion in groups, it is more difficult to be measured and smart and plan for the achievable in the much needed rescue of america.
why slice up viability for a fleeting good feeling, to be followed by years of woe?
