To recap. Obama did not write the blurb. So says Odumbo and his agent who both have a financial interest in claiming it was only a 'mistake'. So says Odumbo and his agent who 'both' were supposed to review the bio prior to printing. So says Odumbo and his agent despite company policy stating otherwise.None of the people in the booklet wrote their own. Another bullshit lie. The booklet was a 15 year anniversary special edition. It was published once. 1 time, not 2 or 3 or 4 or etc.
That bio never appeared any place other than that booklet. The fact is, every individual who received or read the pamphlet was lied to. So the lie was perpetuated hundreds if not thousands of times.

How do you correct a booklet that is printed once? So now you are claiming it was impossible to correct and reprint the document, or use an errata sheet, before it was disseminated!?! By doing otherwise, Odumbo and his agent created a false and misleading image for sixteen years: a lie! It's easy. When someone asks about it, you correct the story they heard. You lie and misrepresent yourself in your business all the time, just like Odumbo did, don't you? BTW, when was the last time you were sued for misrepresentation? When asked in 2007, he corrected the story. It promoted a book he never published. So according to you I suppose that was a lie by Obama too.

Was a false biography for Odumbo published in a 1991 promotional pamphlet? Yes.

Was Odumbo -- as the 'author' being promoted -- responsible for the accuracy of the biography? Yes.

Did -- for sixteen years -- the false biography create a false or misleading impression (definition of a 'lie')? Yes.

Did Odumbo, et al, by not correcting the false and misleading impression in the pamphlet perpetuate a lie? Yes.

You are wrong again. All 3 spellings could be used in that sentence especially since no reference to his spelling was used or reference that his usage was incorrect.
