Heh! that older broad is probably THE most respected provider in the area. That older broad has probably done more, and gone out of her way to help others more than any handful of providers of your choosing, combined. So before you go getting all butthurt and start casting insults, it might be to your benefit to take a step back and think about the message that people are trying to convey rather than getting all defensive and then popping off only to end up looking silly. Believe it or not, not everyone is against you. Some of us are actually trying to help.

My 800th post is my new philosophy acquired through realistic resignation from decades of experience.

I have adopted a different attitude about NC/NS's. And I know most of you fine gents and even fine ladies will disagree but here it goes. They ARE part of this game. Kind of like vicious hits in the NFL. Nobody wants to see players get hurt but you take super powerful and aggressive men fighting over territory in a game of TACKLE and realize that the reason these men are making millions is that not only are they talented they have some of the most aggressive instincts as any men on earth and that is what got them there.

Well I've been doing the hobby for 20 years and bitched about dozens of NC/NS.s over the years myself and many times on here. But all these admonishments will never never change what this is. Flakiness and the hobby go together and it's silly to be affected or even complain. They will always occur no matter how many guys and women on both sides chime in how this is bad BCD etc. on all these internet boards. The fact of the matter is and always will be YOU ARE NOT MAKING A DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT and the majority of these people (Escorts AND hobbyists) are NOT professionals. It's like saying a dope dealer is a business man or entrepeneur. C'mon! I don't mean to get into this eternal debate with my good friend FL but this IS NOT a business. It's a hustle. And if you want to play in this illegal game just remember that and don't be a baby when things don't work out like you planned.

BTW I'm not defending or attacking anybody in this thread or any one in particular. It's just at some point I think we have to get real. We act like this is a business and legit behind the safety of our internet but the cops don't call this a business. They call it a crime. Up, I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with your take on all of this. Yes, NCNS are part of this deal. We all know that. But shouldn't be.

Taking your football and BBB analogy, if a brutal hit is a head-shot, there are penalties for those actions.

And eccie is, in a sense, the BBB of the hobby. It's a sounding board for both the good and the bad. Whenever a penalty occurs, it should get reported, and most of them are reported; right here on eccie.

Like the NFL owners, they pay their players an exorbitant amount of money, and the players are expected to act and perform to a certain level. In this deal of ours, we too pay a pretty handsome amount for our time as well. If our first-round draft choice isn't going to show up on game day, and they knew they weren't going to show up, wouldn't it be nice if they would have let us know so that we could have used our first-round selection on someone else instead of wasting it and leaving us hanging waiting on them to return the opening kick-off? (how was that for a long-assed sentence? lmao!)

All I'm saying is that a simple text-message, or some manner of contact, letting the other party know that the date is not going to happen, should not be too much to ask. It's rude and disrespectful. I won't do it to anyone and I expect the same in return.

Canceling is far more forgivable than a NCNS.

And escorting is not a crime.
