Default A providers phone

Always been curious to know if providers keep clients text messages on their phones or do they diligently delete them? I assume phoe numbers are kept in a contact list, but what about the texts? It would seem prudent to delete every day? Thoughts in general about this topic?

I always assume that they keep a call log/client list in their phone. Most ladies say they delete the info, but I'm not sure that is always true. That is another good reason for an anonymous hobby phone. Even though your number may be in a ladies phone and there is nothing illegal about that....who needs the potential hassle?

Default I delete them....

If a client texts me for an appt...I keep the texts til he shows up. After he's gone, I delete them. Unless the appt is for another day, and not within a few hours.

If he's a no show, I put him in my contacts list as "JohnSMU" or "John NCNS" (or Bill/Mike, etc), then delete the texts.

Then if is he's ballsy enough to call me again...nope!

Just my 2 cents worth...

xoxoxoxo....sammmmmmmmmm

Yep I HAVE A NO LIST but unless you tell me to keep your number or that its ok to text you when I come back in town then I do not keep it.

As far as texts go I put no text in ad for a reason and the smart girls or the ones that have learned the hard way. Know it is best to say everything on the phone say nothing in writing or in person.... phone conversations can not be recorded in Texas with out a fedrial warrant but your text and email is open call to be used against you once you are arrested...
So thus the reason a text should only say Are you busy or please tell me when I can call you.

.

They may need a warrant to tap a phone, I do not know. But Texas is a one party state. If someone calls you and records you while speaking with you, that is legal. Both sides do not have to know a recording is going on.

They CAN NOT use a recording to prosecute in any court with out a warrant. Now they can get a warrant by a taped recording to tap your phone. GO FIGURE!
Unless the laws have changed the last 3 years. And maybe they have hell everything changes law wise yearly.
There are a lot of things I DO NOT KNOW.. And A lawyer I AM NOT.
But that I DO KNOW... Sad to say but I do. lol Thank goodness I am not young dumb anymore...

On the flip side, if a provider doesn't reply to texts, I usually move on.

That's never been a problem with me. I'm email only, until the client is screened and a date is set. My clients usually ask if they can keep my number or want me to save their number for future dates. It makes repeat dates that much easier to get a text and know who it's from. Being at a low risk for the seizure of my phone makes my friends a bit more comfortable.

I usually as well try to stick to email. When I do communicate through text I always delete them after the date. I do not ever save numbers either. May seem dumb but there is no telling where a phone could get left or even possibly stolen. I use google voice though so I also control most of my text from the computer. It is a hassle but I install and uninstall the google voice app often based on whether I am traveling or by a computer. I know nothing is fool proof but, I do what makes me feel safe and what I think will keep you guys information safe as well.
