Personally, I believe the greatest form of appreciation I can show a lady that has spent extra time with me or rocked my world in some out of the ordinary fashion is to write her a good review, or email a circle of buddies about her or immediately reschedule with her for another appointment.

I cannot wrap my mind around "gifts" or tips for hookers.

I don't tip either. I always do the same thing. I lay the donation down in plain sight and excuse myself to the shower. A few exceptions have been when I have go way over time humping on MSOG.
