Yes. The Kansas City and Kansas forum is for western Missouri (Kansas City, St. Joseph) and all of Kansas (Wichita, Topeka, Lawrence, Salina, etc.). The St. Louis/Missouri/E. Illinois forum is for cental and eastern Missouri (Columbia, Jefferson City, St. Louis, Cape Girardeau); it also covers southwest Missouri as well (Springfield, Branson, Joplin).

St Joe is about 60 miles N. of kc. Don't expect many to drive from KC to visit you. KC would be a more likely place to stay, if you wanted to meet more friends. just my 2 cents.

Nothing is wrong with St. Joe . . . I'm sure it is a great place to live. Historically, above the RADAR heavily advertised tours of your kind little city have resulted in many a lady running afoul of LE. I don't know what it is with St. Joe, but when a lady places it on a tour and stops there, and she advertises it, they (LE up there) puts her firmly on their target list . . . seen it happen many times.

I have gone to St. Joe from time to time, but I learned through the suffering of others not to advertise my arrival.

That's all I was saying . . . I'm sure it is a great place to live and raise kids, it just isn't the friendliest place West of the Mississippi for this endeavor if you set up an incall there and broadcast your availability widely.

Makes sense. Typically LE here is more focused on drug stings to be honest because this area has an issue with that. I do get your point though. Smaller cities most likely have a higher risk. St Joseph, with the smaller towns around it has about 125,000 people or so in it, city limites around 80,000 so the risk may be increases.

A lot of ladies report a higher incidence of contact with LE in their screening when visiting St. Joe and more than a few have learned a lesson the hard way by stopping there . . . I'm not saying it can't be done, and as she astutely points out, Kay is a professional and does have a unique manner of screening her clients.
