I have found, mainly in Las Vegas, that after you pay the agency fee, then the haggle begins. Its so much for this, so much for that. You have to pin down what's included and what isn't. I had one gal, when we started talking about prices, pause and look around my suite and trying to figure out what the max she could charge was. If I was in a standard room, the quote would have been much lower. That being said, I don't use agencies anymore.

The only place where you are expected to haggle is a brothel. Everytime when the lady brings out the "menu" with its prices, the first words I hear is "it's negotiable."
