I am not going to bother posting any links because they will just be discounted but I will say I am reading online that it is more common for Black, Hispanic and Asian women to not report rape. Therefore you will not see accurate statistics only what is reported. White women are more inclined and supported to report rape.

I do not agree with what has been posted here and also see this as utterly racist again and stereotyping.

Is it your belief that the numbers have changed significantly in the last seven years; why would they? I quoted the numbers that were available to me. The numbers are statistical estimates compiled by a government agency. Of course the estimates will vary from year to year. The likelyhood that they will vary dramatically is remote.

Black women have 20 times the rate of HIV infection among white women and four times the rate among Latinas. HIV and AIDS are a leading cause of death among U.S. black women. Some women do not know they are infected. In the study, 1.5% of the women found out they had HIV only when they enrolled in the study.

HIV infection rates among black women in some parts of the United States are similar to the incidence seen in sub-Saharan Africa, researchers reported Thursday.
