Trafficking at first was deemed to be "taken to a foreign land," but not anymore. Its actually misused by politicans all the time. ICE covers trafficking and they consider it a big problem in the US. Hence monies being allocated to different states to "study" human trafficking.

I'll admit when I lived in Vegas and during during my dark time I was lured into that side of the life. I had quite a few friends that were working and I would post their ads, take their pics, drive them to appointments, etc. Most I just did to be doing it. I had taken time off from work and had plenty of time. If I drove them to a 500$ appointment(many didn't have cars) they'd kick me 50$ - 75$ or so. I didn't recruit(these girls were already in the life and none of them were my dates nor was any of this me trying to be a WK) nor did I have any interaction with their men nor did I provide any sort of protection. When they gave me money it was on their initiative and was never expected. I never thought what I was doing could get me in any trouble. Until..

I discovered that one of the girls wasn't 18. Her mother found out what she was doing and hit the roof(as would I). I was so fucking around that I would get in trouble(the ads were posted using my laptop) but luckily for me it didn't go that way. That's the last time I ever did anything like that.

For the longest time many of us have been trying to warn you guys towards the legal dangers of "mentoring", helping out a friend or whatever it is you want to call it. Many chose to disregard these warnings as paranoia or in us just wanting to be a gloomy gus, very few of you on this board have been the subject to a criminal investigation and the subsequent prosecution on the state level or the even more invasive and painful federal investigation. As on of the few that have I can tell you, you dont want it to happen. I ask myself why you do it and I have come to the conclusion that you do it because you want to feel like a "bad boy" and flirt with the criminal world and you think that this is an area you can do that with minimum consequences, you are very wrong, there are serious criminal liabilities for the "pimp" side of the business. Today in KC a "pimp" received 10 years for "trafficking". 10 years, thats 3 years longer than I got under a RICO conviction which included, trafficking in firearms, trafficking in stolen merchandice and running an illegal gambling operation. Think about this the next time you want to "mentor" a lady. This is not a hobby for them, it is a business, keep the interactions, friendly, fun, and fantasy, but leave it just that, fantasy and stay out of their personal lives.

You're correct about it being a business. I learned 30 years ago while running around Main, Troost, the Avenue, etc., that where there's money there's usually trouble. you may not see helping out as a problem but there's usually someone that sees it as moneu they could be getting even if you aren't. Many times where there's a girl there's a set of eyes not too far away. There's no flirting or dipping your toe into the criminal world. Once you're in you're in.

I think of the times I went with girls to San Diego, LA, Phoenix, etc., took drugs, guns, etc., with me. Things you don't think about as you're playing grown up but could come back to fuck you in the ass easily. Your advice is the best. Have your fun and go back to reality.

Ive never understood the attraction to getting involved. I like the idea of NOT GETTING INVOLVED. Ill pay for that. I think girls no which dudes are stupid enough to get involved. Other women I want to be involved with but never a hooker. Most hookers are fucked up in some way, not all, but most. I liked the post earlier about if you want to help, adopt a puppy.

Poor lw, hope he feels better. Enjoy the hobby a different way lw

There are a number of things in this world that cannot be fixed. We all have egos but when the ego takes over and runs things unfortunate incidents usually come to pass. I know, I've been there and I don't want to go back..
DD spelled it out plain and simple and it amazes me how many just don't get it.

I always thought that not getting involved was about 80% of what I was paying for.

I will admit that am not on the 50 yard line, but I can tell you what I have seen. Many of the ladies involved in providing service are young, and want to get away from the control and protection of family. They have a friend in the business, and see that they can make a lot more money, in just a few hours, than any 40 hour/week job that they can get. They see a care free lifestyle, only having to work a couple of hours a day and only 3 or 4 days a week. They can take off a few days anytime they want to. If they need a little more money, just move their ad to the top. This does not apply to every young lady out there, but it does apply to many. Heck, I know several guys that would love to be able to do the same thing. Just my 2 cents worth.

I think it's funny that one particular provider never fails to take jabs at guys for "mentoring", even though they've done the same...and more. OF course, the provider in question can always just say they were "booking doubles". So when a guy finds a girl and introduces her to the business he's an asshole that's manipulating the girl. But when a provider does it, she's just helping out....OK. Sure.

I'm somewhat outspoken on the issue of "mentoring" (especially when it approaches flat-out trafficking) by clients (actually, BY ANYONE), simply because it is a liability and overwhelming risk that could easily be kept away from this endeavor, but it isn't, and the act puts everyone (directly and indirectly) in the line of fire possibly. I haven't booked (or even advertised) a double in longer than I can keep track of - my last double was with Lori Love while we both were still at Plaza - and I have never found a girl and introduced her to this (or any other, for that matter) business. I've been asked in the past (by gentlemen on this board and by a group of local business owners) to start an Agency (after Dennis passed away), I get asked probably monthly to run bookings and screenings for other ladies, to loan out Dale ("the other guy" from Plaza) or one of the other gentlemen that I personally use from time to time as a driver/security (especially when I am on the road and touring), to open access to the Plaza database and my database of good clients for a fee (to assist / streamline screening) . . . I've never done it. Not once. I don't want or need LE looking in my direction for any reason. I have enough to deal with taking care of my own business . . . Since Sens doesn't mention which provider he is accusing, and I have been outspoken in this and a few other threads, I thought I would simply state things 'for the record'. By the way, if I knew for certain that an Escort or provider was doing the same, I'd be as outspoken against their actions also. There is one lady I have been close to in the past and have had numerous conversations with regarding the risks of booking for others and I have distanced myself from her, partially because of this very issue (and the liability it brings) . . .

Devlin, i am curious why someone who has been in the biz so long and is concerned about discretion and le, would write so many post with such detail that you have laid out your history? You will probably attack me, but I think its a legitimate ?

All this "mentoring" bullshit reminds me of this story: http://silentbobspeaks.com/?p=246

Pretty long, but worth the read.

Johnny, I presently rarely accept new clients, I have a strong, loyal, returning regular client base, and because I don't really ever "advertise" or beg off appointments, I don't suffer with being dogged by LE as others do from time to time - plus, rarely do I write a post with any substantive detail, and certainly not one which would be compromising; most all of my posts are contrived (as in, deliberate) / purposeful. What you and others may perceive as "detail", many times, isn't (at all). I'd say that IMO/E, 90% of all verified provider's postings here on ECCIE are just that, deliberate (and in effect, contrived), in some regard, even if it may be miniscule - it's there somewhere (an intent or agenda / motive) . . . It may actually be impossible for it to be otherwise.

I don't/didn't feel Sens was addressing me, I believe he was pointing to MsElena and her occasional booking of ladies she brings with her on tour from Omaha, etc. - however, to the casual reader, I didn't want his comment to be construed as reflective of my behavior (or the facts) since, as I mentioned, I had posted in the thread.

As for my posting laying out my "history", well, most everything I wrote has been discussed before, on this board or another; I don't see how it is indiscreet - it is pretty much common knowledge for many (and I'm certainly not telling LE anything they don't already know [cold]), and it doesn't in any way effect the security or safety of an IRL appointment with me . . . That information never crosses this or any other "board" in the open(or even in PM for that matter).

Also, I don't feel my prior postings, taken as a whole, have in any way compromised me or my clients, as frankly, I'm not at all indiscreet, historically . . . There's a difference between being a long-winded verbose bitch (which I can be, more often than I mean to, in reality), and being purposefully indiscreet, which I try very hard not to ever be . . . I typically don't go out of my way to shoot myself in the foot, even when I'm a bitch (in fact, sometimes the more 'bitchy' I am, the more the phone rings - I've come to term it the "SillyGirl effect").

That said, do I make mistakes? Sure - we all do, and I'm far from perfect - but I don't follow you completely on how I may even remotely be jeopardizing anything, or anyone that may contact me professionally, in this endeavor; unless, you feel that the act of an Escort or provider posting anything is in and of itself somehow "indiscreet".

I hope I've answered your question.

Kisses,

- Jackie
