I've done it many times before in the civilian world, never in a P4P situation. If it is a fantasy a girl wants to live out she should seek out a couple of volunteers to help her with it. Usually when the term DP is used it refers to one in the front door and one in the back door. Meaning two penetrations at the same time...hence "double". I don't know what it's called when 2 go into the same hole, but yes that would require a very stretchable orifice.
