I agree with Dallas. It's an excellent tool for both parties. The client can filter his choices and the provider can verify from the okays much easier. It has helped alot. Sometimes getting a provider to provide a reference can be a struggle. With p411 ok's it's much easier.

Once you get accepted for an account and start "searching" on the site, you will discover that there are some folks on there who are "newby friendly" and will accept the screening done by the site, ...... your opportunities will be somewhat restricted until you get some "ok's" ... from them (make sure to ask when you leave the visit with them). I am just saying that because I was not aware of the "levels" of approval by "ok's" when I opened an account. I think it is safer for all concerned. One last suggestion, keep your account "clean" .. meaning delete your messages on a regular basis....as in each time you complete a contact.

Ah this is all a big pain in the ass. With trying to contact former providers for references and then this with p411, backpage and the dating world is much easier.
I think I'm about done with hobbying anyway, or are going to take a break.

I only do my appt on p411 I was a newbie until I got my newbie cherry popped but on p411 you can see who is newbie friendly you can also see whats on the menu. I like to look at eccie and p411 to see the reviews and if they do bbbj or CBJ once I see CBJ I lose interest. The thing about bp is that you don't know what's on the menu and what's not.

I give a big thumbs up to P411. I haven't hobbied in the states for almost 4 years AND recently went from a steady job where I have a phone number that can get into contact with me to a contract type job that, while I make a whole lot more money, I don't have a contact phone with them and it'd be hard to verify my employment with them due to the contract worker arrangement.

So you can see my predicament. No references, and no verifiable work info, which is not a good place to start from.

So, I went with P411 and though it took a little going back and forth, I was able to get verified with them and got a membership. I then was able to book an appointment with one of the fine ladies on there who has stellar reviews and got my first "OK".

So for me, P411 was the perfect way to break the ice into hobbying.
