Ladies, when do you count??
Ladies, when do you count the donation?
You probably have a certain amount of trust in a guy you've seen before, especially if he's a regular.
But, for first timers, when do you count the donation? Within the first 5 minutes? At the end of the session? After the session? At another time?
Do you take an OK as a vouch that he pays, and so you don't worry about it much?

Everyone gets a clean slate with me until they f up. I don't treat my clients like ex cons so therefore, I wait till after the session is over to count. Counting in front of the guy is tacky imo.

I think it's incredibly tacky to 'count the money' in FRONT of a guy. If you have to count the money, do it when he's in the shower or not looking. That's just IMHO though. Every girl has different ways of doing things. Even with first-time clients, I trust them. I've only been ripped off once ( he enclosed six one dollars bills in an envelope that was sealed instead of six hundreds )...long ago before references became a standard of the business. I have always trusted that even first-time clients will leave the said amount. And I have never been disappointed aside from that one time.

Within the first five minutes. In the bathroom or something.
Nope, just because he was a nice to one, there are no guarantees he will be nice to the next. If a provider got shorted, she can't ask the ref for her donation.

I've never gone that long but most of the time when a guy leaves I jump in the shower then on the bed to watch tv forgetting I was just paid. I'll see the envelope and think oh yeah I was paid for that Haha!

Fool me once, shame on you....Fool me twice, shame on me.
I count it within the first 10 minutes, of course out of sight of the gent. Its tacky to count it in front of him. There's been a few times that I have forgot, but luckily the gents were honest. If they hadn't been honest and shorted me, I'd have to take half the blame for not counting beforehand.

I check the envelope to a) make sure there's real money in there and b) make sure that real money is not singles. After some time of doing this, you can usually eyeball up money pretty well and in about 5 seconds while he's in the shower.
I think it's tacky to count the money in front of the gentleman however I will note that when I was working in Vancouver it was common for him to count out the money on my counter in front of me.

As soon as meet and greet time is over I count it while he is getting undressed looking away from me. I am very discreet about it and then I have piece of mind.

A few men have flipped open their wallets and counted it out IN FRONT OF ME. While that was okay, I felt a little weird having them count it out.

a bout 8 years ago, I scheduled a 2 hrsession with a well known provider at her published rate (not a special). This was a repete visit . . .maybe 3rd time, and we were comfortable with each other . The session however was chaotic with multiple phone interruptions, ostensibly involving her sitter and a meeting with her child's teacher. While i saw that she was trying to "ell" the intimacy, She was distracted and just going through the motions. Whatever, she had something going on and it was am uncharisticly bad session.
At some point she started to wrap it up early and, while confused , I got dressed too. As we walked down the hallway of this No-Tel, she stopped and ran back to the room. she had FORGOT THE DONATION envelop! I still doin't know what her private drama was, and at the time I said nothing . . .just making mental notes for later (like never again!).
Two hours later, she called me on my cell from the drive-up window at her bank. she had just realized it was to have been a relaxed two hour session and was embarassed and apologetic. She made it up to me later in another extended session. I am good about it and never asked for an explanation .She has been retired for about two years now.
So . . .she was counting the money at the bank.

When I first started my life as an escort I found it more reassuring to count the gift first. Like most, I usually did it while my client was in the bathroom, or when I was in another room getting our drinks, and food together.
For the past couple of years I have been in a semi exclusive relationship with a couple of the men I had met during the time my ad was still up. My financial situation is more stable these days, and I share a great deal of trust, both financial as well as emotional with those I spend time with.
I think trust has a chance to grow once you take the time to really get to know each other.

Once you saw what I looked like, you'd be sure to count. You'd want to make sure you would be paid for that torture.

I generally insist on it being counted at the beginning of the session. And prefer that it be counted in front of me. Early in my hobby career, I had a lady call me the next day and say I shorted her. I paid the difference, but never want to take the chance of that happening again.

I once had what was supposed to be a 90 minute date. Just before 60 minutes the lady wound it up, and got dressed. When she looked at the donation, she asked if it was supposed to be 90 minutes. I said yes. She offered money or more time, but by then I was pissed and neither worked for me. You couldn't reduce the donation easily to her 60 minute rate without breaking some bills. So, I sent her on her way. That's another reason I want it counted ahead of time. Maybe the lady will realize how long the session is supposed to be.

Ava, I've got a bunch of $70 bills with charlestudor on the face wearing a wig, Olde English-style. Will you accept these? On a serious note, that is soooo wrong on all levels and that is fucked up that someone would do that. I wonder what his response would've been had you counted it in front of him. He would've bolted no doubt. That is what they call a "smash 'n dash".

There are so many qualities about you that are so attractive. Keep that little secret to yourself should you tour as there are many opportunistic fellas waiting for a "trusting" soul like you. When I see that quality in a fem, I always try to help them raise their guard. While it's a great quality, once betrayed, it's hard to redeem that quality and it's not worth going through that. SNL, Sweet 'N Lovely!

There have been several times where after a session, after the good convo, HOT session and obvious mutual enjoyment, I was walking out the door, only to remind her I did not pay, and apologize or sometimes it had to be asked, "did you forget something". I'm looking like ?, Oh shit, yes, then I place the donation on the table, but rarely if ever do I hand it to her or count it. Those are those sessions where things really escalated to a very intimate encounter. Normally, while she's getting something or doing something, I will place the donation on a table near her belongings. And, after the session, she see's it and wonders, "when did you place that there" and is pleasantly surprised as that's not the focus initially. Those are the best sessions.
