Yes, guys like Obama, and a lot of other guys, seem to think that a woman should have the right to choose the timing of her pregnancy and whether or not she is in a position to be able to raise and care for an infant. Imagine that....versus letting old white guys like you decide.

If you got a provider pregnant Whirly, what would you do? Encourage her to have the child and support him/her financially? Schedule visitation during the baby's upbringing and childhood? Run away and tell the provider it was her problem to deal with for the next 18 to 25 years? Or support her choice to have an abortion, if that's what she felt was best for her?

Some people just don't understand legal precedence. This is not, nor has it ever been, about the poor. This post started because COG wrote something that was the truth. I truly believe that the reason the right is against abortion is so the left will be for it. From the earliest foundlings of Planned Parenthood the goal of eugenics is being reached. The vast majority of those aborted are future liberals and Democrats. The more that are aborted the less those that are pulling the wagon will have to do as they are destined to ride in the wagon like they are taught from birth. Now if we could just come up with a way to make it more desirable to abort the future democrats it will surly be less costly to those that actually pay taxes. Maybe reduce the amount of welfare benefits if they dont abort.We are always told by the left that the population is growing at faster rate than can be supported which means they are concerned about not enough tax money to be redistributed in large enough amounts so they can ride the wagon. Those liberal elites at the top that are so rich they are afraid that if the population grows to a point that they finally come after them they will gladly want the government to pay to keep the population and the resultant potential revolutionaries in check.Take a look over history and see which leaders practiced the most genocide, Stalin, Hitler, Pol-pot, Mao, all either socialists or communists.

As for Timpage and his provider analogy; two people enter into a contract. both know their responsibilities. It is assumed that the provider has taken care of protection but the hobbyist could ask to be on the safe side. In any event the provider lied about conditions. In a court room this contract would be null and void because of the dishonesty of the one party. Any negative consequences would be faced by the one dishonest party. Of course that is contract law and not paternity law.
You never know though, perhaps your hobbyist has not children and thought never to have children. Maybe he is happy that something happened by chance. NOW, does the hobbyist, 1/2 of this equation, have a dog in the hunt if the provider wants to have an abortion?
