You have some serious sexual identity problems. You should consider seeing a therapist. Why is that everytime someone disagrees with you it is because they are gay or a woman? There's a lot of latent hostility there, and seriously, you need to deal with it before it does any more damage.

Aw but you are mistaken my gay lil friend. It is how you disagree with me. Do not do it like some feminist nazi woman or some pissy ass man and I will treat you with respect.
You keep acting like a lil bitch and that is how I will treat you.

An Interview with Tommy Morrison
Former World Boxing Organization Champion
February 10, 2010 — On top of the world in 1996, heavyweight boxing champion, star of Rocky V with Sylvester Stallone, winner of almost every fight, his life was turned upside down when he tested positive for HIV antibodies just before a fight. In 2006 he re-tested negative and has tested negative many times since. In an interview with Celia Farber, RA president David Crowe and Terry Michael, Morrison states: "HIV doesn't hurt anybody...It's a passenger virus, it doesn't do anything...I thought the medication was what was killing people."

OMSJ Prevails in Another HIV Case
Aiken SC – Assistance Solicitor Brenda Brisbin was not new to HIV cases. In 2009, she sent a former Aiken County art teacher to prison for six years after he allegedly exposed his wife to HIV. So when Aiken police arrested Jason Alexander Young for exposing six women to the allegedly “deadly HIV virus,” Ms. Brisbin was the ideal candidate to handle the case.
Aiken County Courthouse
If convicted of the charges, Young faced 70 years in prison – a virtual life sentence. But as OMSJ prepared to cross-examine the prosecution’s four expert witnesses in a jury trial next week, Aiken’s top prosecutor offered a plea-deal that could set Young free by December.
Although prosecutors claimed they wanted to spare Young’s victims from the ordeal of a trial, it now appears more likely that they wanted to spare Aiken’s top HIV experts, hospitals and clinics the ordeal of being discredited in a trial that would result in a flurry of malpractice lawsuits by hundreds of Aiken’s other misdiagnosed HIV patients – including the man Brisbin sent to prison in 2009.
HIV-related malpractice lawsuits typically settle between $2.5 million and $20 million, per patient.
SYSTEMIC MEDICAL INCOMPETENCE
In addition to photographs, lab reports and statements, prosecutors had lined up four medical doctors – all self-described HIV experts – to testify about Mr. Young’s alleged infection. These experts included Communicable Disease/AIDS Consultant Robert T. Ball Jr., MD, MPH, who helped to write the book about South Carolina’s HIV Laws.
Although responsible for protecting the public health of the citizens from contagious and infectious sexually transmitted disease, the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) report is littered with pharmaceutical marketing propaganda that they misrepresent as Medical Facts.
For example: Most HIV infected persons will remain healthy and show no symptoms of AIDS for a long time. The current laboratory tests determine whether a person has been infected with HIV, not whether a person has the complex syndrome known as AIDS.
The DHEC and Dr. Ball are wrong.
Not only has the FDA never approved any HIV test for “diagnostic purposes,” Ball fails to explain how clinicians can diagnose HIV infection without reliable HIV tests in asymptomatic patients like Jason Young. OMSJ planned to ask Dr. Ball if he recommended other equally-ineffective and unapproved methods – like Ouija boards and Tarot cards.
This issue alone raised serious questions about Dr. Ball’s competence and the South Carolina’s legal and medical HIV policies.
After a careful review of Young’s medical records, OMSJ’s team found no evidence that Young was infected with HIV. Young’s medical records were in such disarray that they also contained the records of at least two other patients unrelated to the case. The release of those records to prosecutors and OMSJ is, by itself, a crime punishable by fine and imprisonment.
JASON YOUNG’S GUILTY PLEA
Shortly after Young signed Aiken Prosecutor Strom Thurmond’s plea deal, WRDW reporter Sheli Muniz asked Principal Investigator Clark Baker about Young’s guilty plea.
Said Baker: Juries are notoriously fickle. They routinely ignore evidence in favor of emotional cues that convict the innocent and acquit the guilty. When prosecutors offer an early release in exchange for a guilty plea, innocent defendants will often admit to anything – especially when their refusal involves a life sentence and $50,000 in legal fees.
Jason Young is not a medical expert. As such, he is not qualified to render medical opinions about an alleged condition that his own physicians could not coherently describe in their patient’s medical chart. Young’s guilty plea was wholly unrelated to the medical evidence that undermined the prosecution’s case. Under North Carolina v. Alford (1970), his “guilty plea” was not an admission of guilt, but was but merely an admission that he wanted to benefit from the prosecutor’s plea agreement.
After Young signed the agreement, Young’s attorney texted: Without the hard work and resources Jason and I have been provided by OMSJ, this outcome would have been impossible, and Mr. Young very likely would have died in prison. On truly horrible facts, we got a very generous deal, and Jason and I are both very well aware that without OMSJ, that would never have happened… (OMSJ) has our deepest gratitude.
Since October 2009, OMSJ’s investigative team has helped defense attorneys force prosecutors to drop or significantly reduce criminal charges in 34 cases – including the dismissal of all charges against Marine Corps Corporal RL.

Well he should not be President. There is a picture in another thread of the girl standing behind him with her feet crossed that proves he was not born in Hawaii.

Beginning with the Obama Administration and United Nations in 2010 and members of Congress a year later, lobbyists and activists have suddenly decided that the prosecution of HIV-patients violates basic human rights and should stop immediately.
Despite the 25 years of silence that followed the first AIDS arrest – a period punctuated by the criminal prosecution of hundreds of factually-innocent Americans – human rights only became an issue after OMSJ began to expose “HIV experts” as unapologetically corrupt or, at best, grossly incompetent.
OMSJ’s success exposes the 30-year hoax and threatens a wave of multistate class-action lawsuits against thousands of incompetent clinicians throughout the US; as well as the investors and advertisers who exploited the magic effect of criminal HIV cases to promote the sales and use of unreliable tests, devices and drugs that sent hundreds of factually-innocent men and women to prison – and thousands more to their early deaths.
OMSJ is not the industry’s only critic. Research giants like amfAR co-founder Joseph Sonnabend MD, Nobel Laureates Kary Mullis Ph.D. and Luc Montagnier MD and hundreds of other researchers and academics have asked questions that remain unanswered.
For this reason, industry-funded politicians and propagandists like POZ Magazine’s Sean Strub are now using the cynical pretext of “human rights” to attenuate the fallout as the AIDS scam becomes more apparent.
Under Strub’s direction, POZ pushed drugs like Retrovir (AZT), Combivir, Marinol, Epivir, Invirase, Viramune, Videx, and Crixivan, along with pharmaceutical hotlines, to millions of unsuspecting gay men who relied on the magazine to provide news on gay politics and HIV. Strub promoted the systematic poisoning that took the lives of men, women and children like Arthur Ashe, Elizabeth Glazer and Ryan White.
Before 2009, gay activist groups like GLAAD, LAMBDA and ACTUP never questioned HIV-related criminal prosecutions. But when OMSJ began to question technologies like flow cytometry and doctors like Donna Sweet MD, activists got nervous.
Their latest effort consists of the new video, HIV Is Not A Crime (2011)

by Kary Mullis, Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry
The following was written by Kary Mullis for the introduction to the book "Inventing the AIDS Virus" by Peter H. Duesberg (Regnery Publishing, INC; Washington DC, 1996):
In 1988 I was working as a consultant at Specialty Labs in Santa Monica, CA, setting up analytic routines for the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). I knew a lot about setting up analytic routines for anything with nucleic acids in it because I invented the Polymerase Chain Reaction. That's why they hired me.
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), on the other hand, was something I did not know a lot about. Thus, when I found myself writing a report on our progress and goals for the project, sponsored by the National Institutes of Health, I recognized that I did not know the scientific reference to support a statement I had just written: "HIV is the probable cause of AIDS."
So I turned to the virologist at the next desk, a reliable and competent fellow, and asked him for the reference. He said I didn't need one. I disagreed. While it's true that certain scientific discoveries or techniques are so well established that their sources are no longer referenced in the contemporary literature, that didn't seem to be the case with the HIV/AIDS connection. It was totally remarkable to me that the individual who had discovered the cause of a deadly and as-yet-uncured disease would not be continually referenced in the scientific papers until that disease was cured and forgotten. But as I would soon learn, the name of that individual - who would surely be Nobel material - was on the tip of no one's tongue.
Of course, this simple reference had to be out there somewhere. Otherwise, tens of thousands of public servants and esteemed scientists of many callings, trying to solve the tragic deaths of a large number of homosexual and/or intravenous (IV) drug-using men between the ages of twenty-five and forty, would not have allowed their research to settle into one narrow channel of investigation. Everyone wouldn't fish in the same pond unless it was well established that all the other ponds were empty. There had to be a published paper, or perhaps several of them, which taken together indicated that HIV was the probable cause of AIDS. There just had to be.
I did computer searches, but came up with nothing. Of course, you can miss something important in computer searches by not putting in just the right key words. To be certain about a scientific issue, it's best to ask other scientists directly. That's one thing that scientific conferences in faraway places with nice beaches are for.
I was going to a lot of meetings and conferences as part of my job. I got in the habit of approaching anyone who gave a talk about AIDS and asking him or her what reference I should quote for that increasingly problematic statement, "HIV is the probable cause of AIDS."
After ten or fifteen meetings over a couple years, I was getting pretty upset when no one could cite the reference. I didn't like the ugly conclusion that was forming in my mind: The entire campaign against a disease increasingly regarded as a twentieth century Black Plague was based on a hypothesis whose origins no one could recall. That defied both scientific and common sense.
Finally, I had an opportunity to question one of the giants in HIV and AIDS research, DL Luc Montagnier of the Pasteur Institute, when he gave a talk in San Diego. It would be the last time I would be able to ask my little question without showing anger, and I figured Montagnier would know the answer. So I asked him.
With a look of condescending puzzlement, Montagnier said, "Why don't you quote the report from the Centers for Disease Control? "
I replied, "It doesn't really address the issue of whether or not HIV is the probable cause of AIDS, does it?"
"No," he admitted, no doubt wondering when I would just go away. He looked for support to the little circle of people around him, but they were all awaiting a more definitive response, like I was.
"Why don't you quote the work on SIV [Simian Immunodeficiency Virus]?" the good doctor offered.
"I read that too, DL Montagnier," I responded. "What happened to those monkeys didn't remind me of AIDS. Besides, that paper was just published only a couple of months ago. I'm looking for the original paper where somebody showed that HIV caused AIDS.
This time, DL Montagnier's response was to walk quickly away to greet an acquaintance across the room.
Cut to the scene inside my car just a few years ago. I was driving from Mendocino to San Diego. Like everyone else by now, I knew a lot more about AIDS than I wanted to. But I still didn't know who had determined that it was caused by HIV. Getting sleepy as I came over the San Bernardino Mountains, I switched on the radio and tuned in a guy who was talking about AIDS. His name was Peter Duesberg, and he was a prominent virologist at Berkeley. I'd heard of him, but had never read his papers or heard him speak. But I listened, now wide awake, while he explained exactly why I was having so much trouble finding the references that linked HIV to AIDS. There weren't any. No one had ever proved that HIV causes AIDS.
When I got home, I invited Duesberg down to San Diego to present his ideas to a meeting of the American Association for Chemistry. Mostly skeptical at first, the audience stayed for the lecture, and then an hour of questions, and then stayed talking to each other until requested to clear the room. Everyone left with more questions than they had brought.
I like and respect Peter Duesberg. I don't think he knows necessarily what causes AIDS; we have disagreements about that. But we're both certain about what doesn't cause AIDS.
We have not been able to discover any good reasons why most of the people on earth believe that AIDS is a disease caused by a virus called HIV. There is simply no scientific evidence demonstrating that this is true.
We have also not been able to discover why doctors prescribe a toxic drug called AZT (Zidovudine) to people who have no other complaint other than the fact that they have the presence of antibodies to HIV in their blood. In fact, we cannot understand why humans would take this drug for any reason.
We cannot understand how all this madness came about, and having both lived in Berkeley, we've seen some strange things indeed. We know that to err is human, but the HIV/AIDS hypothesis is one hell of a mistake.
I say this rather strongly as a warning. Duesberg has been saying it for a long time.

Recreational Drugs and HIV/AIDS
There has long been an association between recreational drugs and AIDS. Surprisingly, some of the strongest associations are not with injection drugs, but with inhalant nitrites, widely marketed to and used by gay men, and with non-injection forms of cocaine, such as ‘crack’. This information is largely ignored by people who accept the infectious theory of AIDS, perhaps because this evidence does not fit that theory.
The quotes are categorized as:
- Cocaine use and HIV/AIDS
- General Health Risks of Recreational Drugs
- IV Drug Abuse
- Mothers, Drugs, HIV and AIDS
- Needle Exchange Programs
- Nitrite Inhalants
Cocaine use and HIV/AIDS
Cocaine use is closely associated with the risk of testing positive for HIV and having AIDS - even if the usage is non-injection!
“Levamisole is a known contaminant of cocaine and, via this route, has been associated with otherwise unexplained agranulocytosis [deficiency of certain types of white blood cells]. Levamisole is currently present in the majority of cocaine samples seized by the US Drug Enforcement Agency…Agranulocytosis, defined as an absolute neutrophil count of less than 500/µL, places an affected patient at increased risk of morbidity and mortality related to infectious complications [i.e. it is seriously immunosuppressive]…a large proportion of otherwise unexplained cases of agranulocytosis occur in patients with known recent cocaine ingestion; moreover, multiple lines of evidence point to the contaminant levamisole as the responsible etiologic agent…””
Czuchlewski DR et al. Clinicopathologic features of agranulocytosis in the setting of levamisole-tainted cocaine. Am J Clin Pathol. 2010 Mar;133(3):466-72.
http://ajcp.ascpjournals.org/content/133/3/466.long
“The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority has issued a warning after two adults were hospitalized with an illness likely caused by cocaine laced with a veterinary drug. The patients were suffering from neutropenia, also known as agranulocytosis, a serious illness that impacts immune systems, leaving them unable to fight off infections, the WRHA stated in a press release. In severe cases, if left untreated, the disease can be fatal. It is believed both patients, known cocaine users, became ill as a result of using cocaine laced with levamisole.”

mr. bill
you posted some good info.
there was a movie made in the early 90's, called "and the band played on". Dr. Montagnier who was mentioned in the Kary Mullis article was part of that story. Did Kary talk to Dr. Gallo on this subject?
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106273/
This is the story of the first years of the AIDS epidemic in the United States and focuses on three key elements. Dr. Don Francis, an immunologist with experience in eradicating smallpox and containing the Ebola virus, joins the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to try and understand just what this disease is. They also have deal with bureaucracy and a government that doesn't seem to care. The gay community in San Francisco is divided on the nature of the disease but also what should be done about it. Finally, the film deals with the rivalry between Dr. Robert Gallo, the American virologist who previously discovered the first retrovirus and his French counterpart at the Pasteur Institute, Dr. Luc Montagnier, that led to disputed claims about who was first to identify the AIDS virus.

DF, I'm aware of the original controversy between Dr. Montagnier and Gallo over the "discovery" of HIV being the alleged cause of AIDS. Seems Robert Gallo ripped off Montagnier's work and tried to claim it as his own. France got involved and demanded Montagnier receive credit; eventually an agreement between the US & France resulted in both Montagnier and Gallo sharing credit.
Montagnier has recently changed his stance on HIV, stating that an HIV positive person could cure themselves simply by improving their immune system - presumably through better nutrition and lifestyle changes - rather than via harmful AIDS drugs (poisons).
see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQoNW7lOnT4
To give you an idea of the scope of corruption within the HIV/AIDS scam, read Gallo's Egg by investigator Clark Baker. Here are a few snippets...
--------------------------------------------
Gallo's Egg by Clark Baker
I was never impressed by concerns about “the evils of big pharma.” I assumed that drugs are expensive because of the R & D that goes into finding cures for disease. Until now, I never imagined that some of those same drug companies would support junk science to fund researchers who would then produce expensive drugs that cause illness and disease around the world; or support junk legislation that would force healthy mothers and their children to take drugs that kill (under the threatened loss of child custody), and then use their subsequent sickness and mortality as evidence that a non-existent disease actually exists.
Such a scheme would have made Machiavelli weep with joy.
A New Investigation
I was not concerned about "big pharma" until my visit to Washington DC last May. I was there to meet with members of Semmelweis Society International (SSI). This is an impressive group of medical professionals – physicians, nurses, surgeons, medical and law school professors, and former CEOs of health care corporations. Because of my own experience with retaliation and my ongoing interest in US healthcare and sham peer review, I was interested to hear their stories directly from them.
Two recipients of the Semmelweis “Clean Hands Award” were reporter Celia Farber and molecular biologist Peter Duesberg, PhD. I had not heard of them before and knew nothing of their relationship to a little known controversy about HIV and AIDS.
As various members interacted with Farber and Duesberg, I learned that the HIV/AIDS issue had not been entirely resolved. Like Dr. Mileikowsky’s story about sham peer review, this sounded equally unbelievable.
The investigation I call Gallo’s Egg took me from America’s “War on Cancer” (1971-1981) to the early history of HIV and AIDS. It reaches from the cities of West Hollywood and San Francisco to the continents of Africa, Asia, and Australia. It led me to the steps of the National Institutes of Health, the Los Alamos National Laboratory, and some of America’s most prestigious universities and research centers. It involves hundreds of billions of dollars of misdirected tax-supported funding and some of the most financially successful pharmaceutical companies in the world.
I have never written about anything more important. This story changed my life, and if you have the time and patience to understand what I have written, it may change yours as well.
