Default Inbox Folders

I created a new handy inbox folder, so I could keep ALL my refrence checks in the same place.
BUT
I can't move anything from my INBOX folder to my REFCHECK folder...
How do I get things to move? At the bottom it says "move to..." but my new folder isn't on the list.

Am I doing something wrong? (probably because thats usually how it goes.)

Thank you!!!!!

you need to check the PM's first before you can move them to a folder.

Okay, let me clarify...
AFTER CHECKING THE BOX NEXT TO THE MESSAGES and opening the dropdown, where it says "move to..." my new folder isn't on the list.

Okay, Maggie. After checking the box and selecting "Move to folder . . ." select "Go", which is next to the dropdown box. In parentheses should be the number of folders you have checked.

The next page will be a confirmation page where you will designate the folder to which you are moving the folders. Your REFCHECK folder should be among those listed. Highlight it if it's not already highlighted, then "Move Items".

That should do it. Don't forget to move my name along with the rest!
