Where do you find a Hill in Houston!

I try to do a hill session once a week, but haven't found the right place yet. It needs about 200 yards of constant incline. I try to do 8 - 12 intervals.

Lots of little hills on T Hershey, but they are not long enough.

Its all where you feel the most comfortable and where you think you are getting good value for your dollar. I was a manager for 24 Hour and also a smaller club here in town, World Gym up in Austin (When it was still World). Just depends on what you like doing. Smaller gyms tend to be a bit more per month but you don't have to worry about the crowding issues as much. The big corporate gyms are great because of the amount of stuff they have, but if you want to cancel, they all demand 30 day notices, and if they keep charging you and you call them on it, they won't refund money, they will offer to give you time in the club. Gotta watch out for the gym that shares the same name as the casino. Their monthly memberships are actually a loan. Read the paperwork and check out that interest rate.

I workout at 24 hr fitness and I'm smack in between two locations... There is a spin class just about everyday except Friday. I pay less than the 29.99 that, ThatGuy does... Pm me n I'll give u my friend G's number, he's a member counselor.

People work out for different reasons. If it is also for social pay a little more and go mo/mo. If your serious grab a partner that will motivate/guilt you into showing up for class. Commit to a plan and stick with it. It pays dividends all around. Location is also important. I got the three yr up front with 24hrs and my renewal/yr is almost nothing. Got mine when they were opening a new club but they may very built out now. Good luck.
