I have said this before, and OK is also near the bottom but when you look at the ACT scores OK and Texas are right in the middle, so who does better with less?

Hmmm so you think with the size an income of Texas that being in the middle is acceptable? That's acceptable for a state like OK- but for TX size and economy that's poor.
