No, seriously, I look at the profiles... who has reviews and who doesn't and also the joining date. The ones with reviews, I tend to get to a little quicker because more than likely they are known and can be verified fairly easily rather than pm'g back and forth with someone about references. At least with reviews on their profiles, you can go about and go down them to start contacting providers.

The joining dates are also a sign of whether they maybe easier to verify. If they just joined today... more than likely.. they wont' have a reference. I'm not newbie friendly so, I require provider references ONLY as verification or p411. I don't take BP girls or work verification. They have to have one or the other.

Either way, just play safe and screen all that apply.

I will add to this, just because he has no post, no reviews. Do Not Dismiss him, still be sure to get back with him asap. There are many many guys here who are on p411 and do have references but lurk and hardly ever post. So do not let that fool you.

Take your time. There is no rush. If they want to see you badly they will wait for a response. Then whenever you finally give a response just simply say..."Sorry it took a while for me to respond"...and continue with what you have to say. It's not overwhelming unless you make it that way.
