I need a driver who is none of these:

-a pothead or drunkard (at least not before or while driving for me)
-anyone who makes their living or would like to by hustling, theivery, deceiving or in any other fraudulant behavior

I am an honest person with integrity (dispite the business I'm in) and I'm looking for the same qualities in a driver/assistant

I'm looking for someone who is dependable and honest with a car that is kept clean and does not smell like smoke. I smoke, but I take care not to show signs of that to my clients. No talking on the phone or texting while driving. You should know your way around the dallas/fort worth area, or at least a reliable GPS. I like a quiet ride, when I'm on my way to an outcall. No loud music, or talk radio, and I usually don't even like to talk. I use this time to focus on my client and get relaxed.

We can discuss rate of pay, but I was thinking of paying an hourly rate + mileage. The ideal person would be willing to run small errands, such as picking something up at the store while i'm at an outcall,(I would tip for these, of course)

I'm pretty particular about what I'm looking for but if I could find the right person, it could be very beneficial to us both. I'm very generous when I'm making money. And I make money when I'm not stressed out and edgy.

So if you think you could work with an impatient, depanding, perfectionist who sometimes forgets to say please, then shoot me a pm and we'll set up a time to meet and discuss.

I would stick to interviewing women only for this position. That would screen out a lot of problems from the beginning. And, in this economy, you might find a gem.

I screen all of the ladies I see. I don't do outcalls, but if I did, I'd have to screen the driver too. Add a person to the mix, in my eyes, just increases the risk of a leak.

you do have a point there. I'm very private and don't like to talk to anyone about what i do. I've been burned everytime I've taken someone into confidence. Maybe I should rethink this
Here's another idea: Anyone interested in an '89 BMW 735i. Looks good. motor is good (only 175000 miles) has electrical issues and I can't afford the repairs. I would trade it for just about any car that is reliable. Any thoughts on where I should post an offer like that.

To some it might depend on where you will be staying. In the past, I have been paid trip fees by a provider to pick her up and drop her at various hotels in the area. In her case, she was staying very close so it wasn't like I had to drive 20-30 minutes just to pick her up.

I think you better off driving yourself. The perception of a driver can be bad for business, at least to me. If I had a provider tell me her driver is dropping her off, first thing that comes to mind is a pimp.

@mojojo213 some times a driver is "just a driver" ladies need to be able to get to you when you won't do incall So don't read into it....some ladies do not have their own transportation and limiting themselves to incall only or not able to do incall would keep them from providing for themselves and their families

Not to start an argument or that im reading too much into it but i don't see this one as being an excuse. If you have enough to pay and tip a driver, then it means you can save enough to buy yourself a cheap car.

Anyways from a hobbyiest perception if i called you and you said your driver was dropping you off, I'd cancel immediately and report back to my brethren here on Eccie.
