Are 13 ads enough or do you require more?

I don't know if this is the right place for this but here we go:

I don't particularly like BP but occasionally I'll post an ad as a way to see if a certain place is worth visiting. Well, last night I decided to post in Austin (go take a look, I'll wait......Did ya see that crap!). For some reason this just pisses me the fuck off. There are 13, if not more, ads of this one guy, I mean chick, and I use the term VERY loosely. How/Why do people get away with this? I guess it's the same as people who don't use their blinkers, they think they are better than everyone else or that they are held to a different standard; but when they DON'T get caught and people like me who have always followed the rules do I get pissed. Poop!

Now, thats called "working the lines" - as opposed to "working the track" ie the streets. In major markets you either have to post multiple ads to keep your name on the front page of BP or keep opting to move your one ad to the top after so many hours.
