Rharley, don't you think if a provider gave a bad reference that the guy would be told she was given not so nice info about him? That's not a good way to "keep a guy all to yourself".

I'm sure some girls have done that (or at least thought about it), but imagine the consequences. When the new provider tells the guy why his references didn't check out, that his "ATF" gave him a bad review, he is not going to be happy with her.

It happens from time to time, which is why some ladies won't always contact other ladies for a reference (they are leery of being undercut by the lady they ask for the reference). This can create a VERY dangerous situation for the ladies that don't actually bother to contact other Escorts and providers, but yet still insist on references (word gets around between the gentlemen fast that references can be made up out of thin air . . . Also, she'll grow to resent him, even though SHE is the one that created the problem.

Short term play, like I said . . . it never works in the long run, smart ladies know it will hurt their business . . . But, some ladies feel like they can't afford to lose a client under any circumstance, so they underbid when they get that reference request. They learn the hard way they should have just answered the reference in the final analysis and stepped up their game the next time they see the client. Hard lesson that MANY ladies have to be taught more than once, twice or even thrice and yes, they learn it the hard way - every damn time.

Man you sure like making blanket statements. I wonder how you have gleened all of this knowledge. You must have been in this lifestyle for a looong time to know all of these things. Believe it or not, not all women are in cahoots with each other.
