Things are different even than they were a year ago. Texting seem's to be the preferred method these days. I have a friend who I see every 3 weeks &
I may send her a text today and not hear back for a couple of days. She has a life. To me the beauty of text or e-mail is there is no timetable Maybe the next time I contact her I won't hear back. Maybe she found prince charming and ran away. I'm very fond of her and I would certainly miss her but it ain't the end of the world. It is a business after all.

Yep I guess seeing the fact that your mssg was read and no reply at all...wasnt good for providers...its show a lack of respect and courtesy!
Now Ill give someone a pass if like say 6-8 hrs has gone by...but when they have been online off several times and it shows and its 24 hrs later....you gotta ask yourself WTH?
And this is with providers who I have seen and have a somewhat great relationship with ....so at least i thought

It 's the ones that your in the middle of working out the deal, and they just stop.

provider.. hey sounds good. You pick the time and place. (usually a few hours later)
client.. how about this wed. at your place any time is good.
provider.. wed. is not good for me how about thurs?

Now don't get me wrong.. I love to play back and forth in emails.

It cant be that bad for Providers....WE all here have lives and families!!

A providers time is no more important than mine is...and im the one with the coin...The client (me) is REVENUE for your family for your livelihood!!

If I treated someone who spent money with me or will in the future the way some providers do...Id be Broke!

I know this is a slow time for providers (obviously Im not a provider) and you all are reaching out to people to make appts and trying to get us to book with you...and if you aint got no mo money....WELL Im done with ya....well thats for the street ...this is suppose to be a more professional system a different standard.
When you communicate with your regulars or whatever..taking the time to talk to them..you are planting seeds for revenue in 2012.
ya see regular clients ..DIE, MOVE AWAY, DECIDE TO GET OUT, whatever....but if you treat them like shit they just stop seeing you!

If i take the time to write you you outta have the decency to reply and even tell me you cant talk right now!

nothin.....

So, should I take it that because she responded positively, I should pick up the phone and call immediately? Problem is, the first three that happened this way, I waited a while and then called. No answer. No return call. Just went dark...

I forgot about them and moved on.
