I had a nurse at Primacare look at it later that night. She said I did a good job with the surgical tape. 10-4 on the irrigation, and I had a tenanus shot less than 3 years ago. The accident was on Monday, and I kept it covered and dry until yestarday (Saturday) It looked pretty good. Just a little good clean blood, no yucky, fever, or redness. I was even able to go dancing last night. Doing great-thanks a bunch for your concern.
Yea, they might not be as romantic, but they're certainly looking pretty good to me now. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before I set myself on fire if I don't change my ways.
