LMAO!
Houston is the second largest Metropolitan Statistical Area in Texas and the 6th in the nation at almost 6 million people..... B/CS has less than 230,000 people..... not much escapes the public eyes in B/CS.... plenty goes unchecked in the Houston area.
You are talking about a college town that "accidentally" has ONE strip club in the city limits... and that is only because the city moved out around the dirty sock and could not legally shut them down without setting up a sexually oriented business zone elsewhere in the city limits.
B/CS will never allow such a business.... and the few that have tried were quickly closed.... the last time that happened was around 1977 or so..... in Bryan.... I don't remember when the place out near the speedway was burned down, by its owner.... he went to jail for that.... but he torched his own place after being basically shut down (he had providers in the back) ... and tried to collect the insurance.... the problem was there, that he had all of the electronics/sound system uninstalled and the furniture and glassware removed BEFORE he torched it... LOL... the fire chief said WTF? lol....
Heck, you are talking about a college town that for over 20 years only had ONE adult book/video store... and that place was finally shut down...
Hobbying in B/CS is a challenge to be sure... and ladies advertising have been hassled by the ladies in town......
You basically have two choices.... seek adult entertainment out of town or be very very discrete with the less than handful of ladies there and be very good to the ladies that travel there....
