No opinion but I am not suprised; Obama's Elmer Gantry politicing apppeals to the worse nature of his constitutes......the demonizing of those in America you disagree with....it's ugly politics but the Democrats are good at it.

WW but I don't care what you think of Obama that is an impressvie number at this point in time- I doubt very seriously any of the other ones(GOP) can reach a million donors in that time span- it just shows me that he's going to be very difficult to beat and the GOP will have a lot of work to do nuff said.

No arguement; Obama can't run on his accomplishments and he needs to boost turn out to get re-elected....that is why Obama is ginning up his core supporters by demonizing all he disagrees with..that is why Soros and the union thugs are behind the Occupy America thing....it is an old tactic...sometimes it works, sometimes not.
Current polling data for key states (Ohio and PA) show Obama has an uphill battle.......
Even if Obama gets a 2nd term; which I doubt. He will be confronted with a Republican controlled Congress (House and Senate). The Congress will be much more Conservative and the Obama socialist agenda will be DOA. And the history books will be written.........

It's politics WW and my gut feeling is telling me he will get re-elected- I think the Congress will get a wake up call- but I think more of the Republicans will lose their seats- some Dems will too- but recent polls have shown a disgust with Congress overall but there's a large majority that believes the Republican faction is placing politics over what's best for the country.
WW look at it this way- the country's economy is still bad- and we are 1 years away from election and the incumbent despite the state of the economy can get 1 million donors in this period is very remarkable. As far as the other things like OWS if Obama is doing that to get re-elected than he's brilliant- just in the manner that the TEA party had their rallies to get Dems out of office no difference- just because it's working for the guy you don't like doesn't make it a bad thing. Also, what gives you the impression that it will be a Republican controlled House and Senate? You act like the Republicans in the House and Senate have this high Approval rate.
WW look at my old post from nearly 1 year ago- I stated that the Republicans "Do Nothing" approach will only hurt them in 2012. And it will- Obama is doing an excellent job selling the idea that Congress is putting the party over the country- Americans are not dumb- Independents are not dumb either- the GOP tea party strategy of saying "NO" to everything Obama puts out will hurt them.

The dems will lose more seats because they have more folks up for re election. This will not be pretty on incumbents. Though I think obama will be re elected.

Good point WTF- you are right they have more people up and I think incumbents in congress should be voted out- I am hoping a lot of "Independents" would run for those seats- both parties should be ashamed- the only person in congress I think should truly keep his job is Rand Paul- he actually was quoted as saying:" he feels guilty receiving a paycheck because Congress is doing nothing- hey at least he was honest".
However, the way things look as of today and we still have a long way to go I think Obama will get re-elected. if the Republicans were smart they should have allowed Obama's policies to pass and if they fail than Obama would have been in the position to eplain why his policies failed- but by just simply saying "NO" to everything Obama proposed an buy being on record saying: "We want to make Obama a one term President" that shows that they never intended to help the country and they put party first- also remember the GOP stated that passing "Obama's jobs bill" would reassure Obama's re-election in 2012- another dumb remark that will hurt them in November. This truly has been the worst Congress I have ever witnessed in my life.

By making Obama a one-termer the Republican House is helping the country; we can't survive four more years of his communist crap.

Well, myself and most of my family all contributed to this. We all sent in our donations. Yes, I think Obama will get re-elected.

Hmmm . . . His ties with business are more fascist than Marxist. But actually, it's all the same crony capitalism as practiced by prior Presidents, but with less agility. Crony capitalism is much closer to fascism than capitalism.

Going forward the only thing to care about is the polling data coming out of Ohio, Pennsylvannia, Virginia, New Mexico, Colorado, North Carolina, Nevada, Georgia, and Florida...
Obama is doing poorly in all.

Landslide
I think the race in November will be President Obama running against Mitt Romney.
I would not be surprised if the Republicans pull all the dirty tricks they can dig out of the closet like the swift-boat ads they pulled on John Kerry and I hope the Democrats are ready to counter-punch when the time comes.
Personally, I expect President Obama to win a second term, but my hope is that he wins by a landslide that clearly shows the country that he is running on a strong mandate that allows him to lead without so much mindless opposition that only hampers progress.
