With all due respect, it's a counting statistic, not a rate statistic (think "hits" vs. "batting average" if you don't catch the distinction immediately); once you hit a certain number of postings (either 50 or 100, I can't remember) you are a "valued poster". It's automatic (the board software does it automagically once you hit the required number of postings), and isn't any sort of value judgment; the same number of posts gets you to "valued poster" regardless of whether they convey The Wisdom of the Ages, they contain complete bullshit, or they're just that many "me, too!" posts..
That changes once you qualify for PA, and simply becomes either "Premium Access" (if you earn it with (a) qualifying review(s), or if you buy short-term PA), or "Lifetime Premium Access" if you cough up enough cash for Lifetime PA. However, one of the perks of having PA is that this becomes editable, and you can substitute whatever clever witticism you want for the boring "Premium Access"/"Lifetime Premium Access" if you so desire.
Sorry to burst your bubble like that, but I believe in facing life as it is, not as we want it to be.
Cheers,
