For Geeks...
I had a funny experience a couple of days ago. I tried to navigate to the ECCIE site and received a message that it was blocked by OpenDNS because it was classified as pornography. That sounded fishy because I don't have any restrictions set on OpenDNS.
It turns out that OpenDNS stores account restriction information by Network ID, which is basically your ISP IP address. I had restarted my router and been assigned a new Verizon IP address (doesn't always happen) and it so happened that the last person to be assigned that IP address was an OpenDNS user with active network restrictions that were passed on to me! Annoying!
So, if you use OpenDNS and are surprised with a 'site blocked' message, change DNS servers or turn your router off for an hour or two and you should then be ok.
