I would strongly suggest a 2 hr date and make sure you take your meds at least 1/2 hr before you meet, and do it on an empty stomach. It is funny, I spent 12k -14k self-pay, out of pocket for counseling by a female counselor years ago and she was never happy about returning a phone call, sessions always ended at ten minutes till, if not earlier, and never once a reassuring word in 5 years of seeing her. I should have considered this "hobby" and eccie instead of counseling.

Well I don't know what your reasons for counseling were. But if you weren't happy with the results of your sessions you may want to evaluate the work you put into it. If you have a clinical issue that needs tending to, I don't think you'll find your answers in a pill or a prostitute. Good luck to ya anyway

You should call your PA and get a Rx for either Viagra or Levitra. The side effects of each drug can be different in an individual, although anecdotally I hear Cialis may be the worse. You can also try a half dose.

I use Levitra and get a flush and a bit of a "rush" that some may feel as anxiety or nerves, but no muscle soreness or cramping. It has been a great boost to my sex life.

You will find your own level of comfort but sex is always better with a rigid, hard erection. You can cope with less, but it is still just coping.
