Woman Requested Membership to My Site

This caught my attention because it's never happened before, and I'm not sure why a woman would want access to my site (which clearly states more than once that membership is for those I've already met before).

The first thing that comes to mind is that someone has maybe been found out?

If this is your week for girls, email her back and tell her she has to be screened and have a session with you before gaining access to the site. Or even offer to see her with her significant other. If he has gotten caught, what a nice surprise!
