I knew it was you! LOL
True, for some people it can also be a vanity thing, but to categorize everyone who works out that way is completely inaccurate and badly ill-informed.

Hey, relax bud. I'm a fan of mirrors myself. The hobby room at this gals in call is totally mirrored, including the closet doors. I keep a watchful eye on myself to make sure I don't fall off the bed. She uses it to watch my face to anticipate the kegel squeeze technique I love so much! Talk about your precision in timing. She is an expect at this! You got me on the form thing. Never had a row of people hold numbers rating me while doing the wild thing. But I bet I would get 8 across the board. The one sassy judge might give me a 9! LOL
My ATF hits play on this tune near the end. When I hear it I reposition in the middle of the bed and head for the finish line! Now that I think about it, I wish there was judging! Stricky to gauge my form!

Easier? Perhaps. Necessary? Nope. I've yet to see a gym that had mirror access at even half the exercise stations. Anyone who is advanced enough to fully appreciate the value of proper form (you know what i'm talking about) can maintain proper form from feel alone. Never once have i used a mirror to make sure i used proper form. In fact, when doing a set in front of the mirror, i'll avoid looking in the mirror as regularly as not. Between sets, however, well, that's a whole 'nother issue.

I'd phrase it the other way around. For some people, i suppose it's possible they might use mirrors to insure proper form (i wouldn't rule anything out), so your suggestion may very well be the intent, as well as the rationale used for spending the money to put them up. But let's be serious, for the vast majority of people, even gym-rats, it's little more than a vanity thing.

Thanks for the save Doove! He had me! I'm an out of shape Wrinkly ass, viagra gulping fucktard who sent 30 years working my ass off. Never had time for a gym. Always worked 6-7 days a week which now allows me to be a full time hobbyist who has developed incredable form at fucking. One thing I know for sure... you can feel it, you don't need to see it! Learned that from fucking!

You took the words out of my mouth...To me is it personality, able to converse with me, sense of humor...I always have a weak spot for a slight attitude (in a good way)....

Funny how that's kinda what I look for in my real life...Otherwise hard, average, soft, don't honestly remember, regardless those were awesome dates!

I'm not that picky. But I prefer them to be bigger than me. That's about it.

Perhaps, but nobody starts off advanced, so the mirrors are there to help you learn how to gauge your form. If you mainly use machines, then mirrors are not really necessary because the machines are designed to restrict you from breaking form, but if you use free weights, the mirrors are definitely helpful.
In any event, that is why gyms have mirrored walls.

I use the gym mirrors to inconspicuously peak at the cute girls... and check form.

Ummm.... yeah, I've been known to use the mirrors for that reason too.
There are definitely a lot of hot women at the gym.
