Yep, I'm bothered by the fact that Obama hasn't toured the flooding areas, but not as bothered by the fact that the candidates were in the state that is being hit hard and not one of them has toured the area. If they really wanted to pander to the voters, they'd tour IA, SD, ND and NE. You're right, Obama has the job and the candidates want the job, which is why its important for them to show the people they actually care.
