On the most obvious level, that particular fetish is about humiliating the man who is the subject, not the woman. So I do not see the jump to conclusion that such man would not show respect to a woman as being logical.
It's easy to look down on someone, easier to look down on someone who may be a small fraction of the population. This man's fetish doesn't harm anyone, and he found a consensual partner to engage in his fetish. I really don't see that we stand in a place to judge him, no different than BBW, spinner, or young (legal) preference. Being an ass man or tit man is similar, just more common.
