I will say that over the years I have posted both yes's and no's and many no's over the years. The same is true in everyday life you don't learn from people telling you that you are AWESOME all the time... Think about it in a behavorial sense if our parents didnt smack our asses or ground us when we did wrong how would we know we are doing right?
There is room for a no ("and this is wha you could improve upon") scenario. Sometimes that needs to be done BCD with the provider themeselves and when it continues to happen you may get a flurry of no's for a particular provider.
I have always condoned using the power positive as well as negative reinforcement. Just like life though you have to be careful handing out both positive and negative feedback in order to achieve the behavior you are looking for.. The misuse of one or the other and you have an inbalance.
