More BackPage Arrests

Not sure if this should go here or in alerts. Once in a while I check this Shreveport Police website to see who has been arrested

This morning I see at least two guys busted for responding to ads from BackPage (ads setup by police). There were at least two ladies busted for prostitution (may be street walkers, one apparently agreed to oral sex with two undercover cops for $12.50??)

Just want to add more evidence that the local cops are watching BackPage and will bust you when they can.

Note I didn't link specific busts because real names are used. I don't know if any of the those busted have handles that we might recognize.

I guess it would be ok to say that the "$12.50 bust" was on the 10th (Thursday) and the others were on the 11th (Friday).

Well see I was comeing to visit. But I aint trying to have no hasel with the cops I promised my regulars I would come down and I was going to screen to the hilt. I mean really. I always advertise on BP because you can show your prices and USE TO you could use more then 500 characters in an ad. I'll be there Saturday but if 411 and eccie family don't keep me busy I will be in Longview on Sunday

What makes two a felony and one a misdemener? Im confused. I added the sex of individual and did not copy anything else of the information listed on the website.

What was the reason in the different levels of charges?

From what I understand--- anything involving oral is "supposed" to be a felony in Louisiana (Crimes Against Nature). Why the male in the middle didn't get popped for felony since he specifically asked for that act is a mystery to me.

Also, soliciting is upgraded to a felony in most states if the perp is hiv +.

Looks like there continue to be arrests. On the 8th there were two arrests of women from out of town with prices listed that might be found on BP. Then on the 9th there was one lady busted from the DFW area and two local women (more likely street walkers?).

Be careful out there folks. Screen, screen, screen!

I know this sounds like a broken record. But for those who don't get it the evidence continues to mount.

On 5/3/2011 two women from the DFW area were arrested for prostitution and marijuana possession. The arrest record says one of them was contacted via Backpage. Both were booked by the same officer at the same time. (This one cop seems to make most of the prostitution busts. Guess he works vice?)
