How exactly did a 17 year old girl from Hawaii make to to Kenya in the first place? If that is where he was born at any rate. How exactly could an unwed white woman, giving birth to a mixed child in the 60's predict that her bastard mixed son was destined to be President of the United States one day, and thus set in motion a cover up at birth to hide the fact that said 17 year old unwed girl apparently traveled to Kenya just in time to give birth to the future president?

How is it possible that the Queen of Dirt, Hillary Clinton, was never able to uncover any evidence that Obama is not a naturalized citizen? How did Obama survive the vetting process of such illustrious investigative agencies as the CIA and Secret Service?

Finally, John Galt, I know my original copy of my birth certificate is long gone. It was destroyed in a flood when I was in my teens. When I applied for a copy of it, I got a certificate of live birth. Nothing more. It looks almost exactly like the form Obama posted on his website. If you had ever visited his website, you'd have seen that both sides of the certificate was shown, and a seal was indeed visible. I know this, because I looked at it with my own two little eyes.

Officials from Hawaii, from the Governor on down have said repeatedly that the certificate they issued to Obama was legitimate. End of story. For fuck's sake, lets move on.

John, Hawaii became a state in 1959, before Obama was born. Which means that if he was born in Hawaii, he is automatically a US citizen, just like every illegal born in this country (for clarification, refer to the 14th Amendment). Birthers claim that Obama was born in Kenya, which requires the suspension of disbelief to a staggering degree in order to buy into.

I don't care where he was born. I think if he were born in Kenya, the coverup of that fact in order for him to run for President would have had to begin when he was a child. It doesn't make any sense.

I disagree with Longer (Shock!) that it is a good idea for President Obama to leave the issue hanging to give the "teabaggers" something to flap about that will make them look silly. As long as the issue is unaddressed by the President, that is, so long as his official birth certificate is kept from the public there will always be a slight doubt in some people's minds. If he were to release the original, he could use the fact that since the "teabaggers" were wrong about that, they must be wrong about other things. It would give him added ammunition to discredit the right wing.

My guess he is timing the release of the birth certificate to get the most discreditation (I think I made up a new word!?) out of its disclosure.
