My understanding is that Gina is simply doing this to ensure that she has done all she can to not have under age ladies on her site. With all of the recent focus on underage girls in the business (recent news story "Selling The Girl Next Door", etc), I believe she is just being cautious. This in turn will also protect the guys more and help them avoid seeing someone who is underage (at least via P411).

Dreams I completely understand your concerns, you might want to contact Gina and clarify what she needs from you. However, in the end only do what you are comfortable with!!!

It's a simple Age Verification requirement that we have recently put into place.

I don't want any underage providers listed on P411, and I assure you that clients appreciate having the knowledge that they won't be walking into a "To Catch a Predator" situation when they are dealing with a P411 providers.

I do hope you'll take steps to verify your Age with us, but if not, I understand. I'm not going to be taking ANY chances when it comes to the legal status of my business, and the security of the members. Having even one underage provider on the site would be REALLY bad for business, as would not taking the appropriate steps to protect people's identity.

My interest lies in making sure the providers are of age, and protecting all sensitive info I may receive.
