If you are embarrassed to buy condoms, buy the 40 pack. At least you will only have to stop in to get them a few times a month. If you are super low volume then you will stop in even less times

Agree totally with Angelina, Audrina, Sarah, mslovebjs68, Miss Molly, KlassyKelliAnn and Pepper. These are all well established, trusted and well thought of folks who are trying to provide very valid and knowledgeable thoughts from the ladies' side of the hobby. There is so much advice for you there.

racefrog ==> I can understand your comment since you have seen CC (with your wife) before. I also remember you saw Pepper once a long time ago giving her a less than stellar review at the time; and someone named "sunnysomething?" that I was never able to find.

Indeed you are totally correct when you surmise everyone here has the "right" to express themselves. Since CC began this foray into this rather interesting at best subject -- she is indeed receiving comments from many who totally understand AND ENJOY this thing we call a hobby.

Whether one likes what they are reading; dislikes the same; or considers everything a farce ==> that is what infromation forums like this are all about. Accept, Ignore or Reject are the options available to all.

So I ask, why is it so rare for a guy to provide covers? Because you're not 16yrs old anymore and in high school...this is a business and *your* responsibility now.

And how can we start making that a normal thing so I can feel safer?? Cristi, the *norm* of this business is your responsibility...to make sure you're protected. You're not going to change the face of the business just because you're uncomfortable buying the supplies. You cannot trust anyone, with your security and safety, better than yourself...and that includes your supplies.

I also feel so awkward being so young and looking even younger, buying condemns LoL You better get a grip and realize that you should be more worried about getting pregnant or an STD than buying condoms. This is the 21st century...buying condoms is what a reponsible adult should do.

Despite the physical and mental enjoyment this "hobby" can bring to all parties; this is still a business. Every business has expenses. Your incall is an expense. Your makeup, soap, nail appointments, clean sheets, new outfits, etc. Condoms are simply apart of those "business costs". The reasons are numerous; be it that they are married or that your safety should be your number one concern. You asked why a hobbyist would trust us with their safety, but flip that coin and ask yourself why you would trust YOUR safety to him ?

As far as a provider trying to get pregnant for the money .... That would be a very misinformed decision. I would assume you don't have children so it may be hard to understand how much a child costs. The amount that is typically court ordered does not cover anywhere near all the expenses the child needs. It would not be a wise course to take.

You have stated before that you love to get all dolled up for your appts; well the next time you go to get your nails done, imagine how you would feel if they said you need to bring the nail polish next time because we don't provide that. You probably wouldn't be back.

The men here are the customers. They pay us to be their companion, escort, friend, lover, or whore. Whatever you would like to believe. Either way this practice of the girls having to provide condoms isn't going to change because a few girls are uncomfortable buying them. Look at it like this: you want to make money, you want to have the funds to party, you want to have money to go to school, whatever it may be. You have to accept things in life that you don't like. It will not change. Just say "well I hate buying these, but it is part of it. And in the long run, it won't kill me". I don't think anyone is permanently damaged from buying condoms.

I did not say you said you were not going to provide any more towels. It is just similar to not wanting to provide your own covers.

I think everyone has given you good reasons as to why the lady usually has her own protection available. Most guys carry some with them, just in case the lady runs out, but not always.

What Pepper pointed out is great advice. If you are embarrassed about buying them go to a store that is in a different part of the city than where you usually frequent and buy a big box.

It's really just part of doing business. But if you run out and don't get stocked you can ask the guy to bring you some, i've done this more than once before a session.

yes I misspelled condoms ... for some reason my spell check kept changing it to condemns.

I am not complaining about keeping them in stock and I am also not stating that I am going to stop supplying my own protection, and other necessitates.

All I am asking is what is the difference between me being prepared with protection and the gentleman being prepared with protection? We both make good enough money and we both have private lives on the side. Being caught with extra laying around or purchasing a high volume could hurt either one of our reputations ....and/or relationships.

I'm sorry if I offended any one on here, I do have a smart ass attitude when it comes to online chit chat. It just isn't the same to me as talking to someone personally so I apologize to those who were offended. I never pin point any one single person out until they do so first to me.

Thank you for the feed back to those who provided a good explanation. I now have a better understanding of the gentleman's point of view.

One last question - what is the best way then for me to find out which kind and/or size of covers to provide for each client??? Asking straight out might be a mood killer.

My OPINION is that the provider should always have them-I always do-but yeah I'll admit-I've had an appointment last minute and forgot-whoops-I figure if the guy brings them-he just has a preference-but we are the "provider" and in this "business" its like a banker without a pen-weird-but I wouldn't want any one I see to get "caught"-that would not be pretty-and I think it looks way better for a young girl to be seen at the walgreens getting a big ol' supply VS an older gentleman with a ring on his finger getting a 3 pack at the nearest gas station-I do wish "clients" would tell me if they had a preference though(the thread maybe should be "what kind of protection do you prefer lol)people do not look at you with shame when you purchase-damn Cristi-if your as young as you say you look they would probably think "now there is a responsible young girl who cares about her body"-Cristi-you should be careful what you say to others hon-these guys "take care" of us ladies-and for some are an only way of pay-and the other girls(I don't know if your low or high volume or screen or whatever-but what if your trying to verify a ref and you can't because they think your not worth their time?? Also I'm not trying to be mean-but you sound so sore with your topics in this business sometimes-maybe its not the right thing for you?? Just have a variety on hand. I buy lifestyles (reg size)...flavored ones...latex free...and a few Magnums...I also have a couple of female condoms that I've never tried. Like Pepper said...buy them online if you don't like buying them at the store.
