Actually I think it's mostly timing, circumstance and disposition. Very few gals (even true UTR ones are totally unknown). Some guys like CJ have the time, inclination and capital to sample just about everyone. Most of us are shorted on one or more of the three.
I'm a longtime TER/ASPD (actually go all the way back to the old alt.sex.prostitution news group). Was "UTR" for a bit after the DD crap in Phoenix (had more then one friend on both sides caught up in it) and laid low.
Resurfaced here in Oct last year. Timing led me to Darien and Kelli (both new) and then Natalie R (who I know took a break last summer). So all 3 were looking for clients at the same time I was looking for company. All are very well regarded by many (damm I hate to share).
The truth is that the quality of the companionship gives me little incentive to stray...all three are a bit different but professional, reliable and oh so sweet.
The flip side is more then one gal I'm interested in also has a strong following and many have raised rates (which I understand completely). So the natural tendency is to stay loyal to the gals who are giving you great service, however you stumbled upon them...
