STD Tests

A couple times a year while in California or Florida I hook up with a current or recently retired porn performers. It takes planning, saving a few bucks and proof of a recent (within10 days) STD test. The talent (or their agency) in the past has been satisfied with a simple Chlam,Gono,Trich test. I go to LabCorp and Pee in a cup. Easy.
To go bare they now want a "Gold Panel" or Full Panel test. (Hiv,Hep? I assume)
Any advise where to get? Don't want to order through my own Dr.
Hate to spend $300 for a mail in test and then not accepted. But won't rule out.
Prefer to walk in to a lab and give a sample. Any advise? (there use to be a thread but cannot find)

prior to Covid, in NY the county health dept did full panel tests. I don't know if they've started doing them again.

It's been awhile, but go on line and there are tests available. The full panel of 10 was about $200 7/8 yrs back. Pretty easy to do, the app forwards a script to the lab of your choice, Results in about 48 hrs,,,

I used to use stdcheck, but I believe CVS now has a full panel take home test for $100. You get it from there, prick your blood and pee then send it to them in a prepaid package. Login to your account 48 hrs later and results are in.

Your PCP is not privy to medical records not shared with them. While you may have gotten a test through insurance, that doesn't mean the results are at your regular doctors office, or that they'd ever see them. Additionally, while you can get a full script at the place I mentioned, you can always also pay out of pocket without involving insurance or your PCP and if needed you'd receive a script for whatever treatment you might need, again, without involving your primary. Nevertheless, always stay covered up.

This is all great info. I used STDcheck out of pocket and it did the job. It was accepted in Miami by my (once a year splurge) pornstar friend and her UTR roommate. However, she accepted it personally. Said her agency/management would never have accepted it.
According to her the porn/content/film industry only recognizes "TST". Talent Testing Services, Inc. So if you prepare for that NYC/LA once in a lifetime raw encounter that may be the way to go. Their site is interesting. Have no idea of costs or complication.

Albany on Central Ave near Everett there's a place called Alliance for Positive Health next to the Planned Parenthood behind the CVS and they do free testing weekly at different locations as well

South: will there be a review? Saw 4 ladies in 3 days. Will post reviews on 2 of them on Miami Eccie within a few days. May read more like a Penthouse forum--but I have reasons for that. Not ego reasons.

Want to be a team player but.....My Excogi/Porn girl and her roommate will not be reviewed. Disclosure: Knew her as a college athlete before she got in the biz. That history makes it even hotter. Will not jeopardize a good thing. Way too much to lose.
