I think Trump is just fucking with the minds of the Liberal Left. He’s been doing it for years.

If a foreign born or underage person were speaker and elevated to the Oval Office there would be a court challenge but the Constitution is pretty clear, if you don't qualify then you don't get to be president however you lined it up.

As for Trump, you can always repeal the 22nd amendment.

by that take, so could Obama. and that's been floated by the dems before. all the 22nd amendment prohibits is two outright elections as president, doesn't say anything about a former president on the ticket as vice president then succeeding the elected president if said president dies, resigns or otherwise is incapacitated.
