I was trying to avoid to make a detail post because it may actually encourage people to BBFS, which is not my purpose. but，

My reference is your qoute, as TexomaCowbay sugguest, 1250 seems to be middle number across board. The key word is exposures, which means actually exposure to the HIV virus. You have to sex without protection with people not only carry HIV, but also have detectable virual load in their body fuild. There is estimated 1.3m people in US carry HIV，which means about 1 of 250 people has it. Even you say 1 of the 50 our ladies has it, the number bumper to 1250*50 wichi is 62500.

And as our ladies, same as us, do you think they know about HIV better than average people? Yes, getting HIV is not removing them from business, although its illegal, but they are also likely to take promot treament. After couple months their virual load will back to undectable, which is not cured but no risk transimitting at all. With our ladies is no difference (used to be) than the people you meet at bar . Remember, the 13% of HIV carrier that not knowing they have it and left it without treatment are the real threats.

But here is the thing, all stats change with STD, if you have STD you may be easier to get HIV, with STD the HIV carrier is easier to pass HIV. If you have STD, your number is around 500-1000. if you and our ladies both have STDs, its not even 100.

They are far from their long-term family and friends, do not speak English fluently, and work for short term gain. (I’m not a white knight. I had a conversation with a spa owner who speaks fluent English and her (extremely biased) point was she requires regular testing at her spa for her own safety but states she knows studio owners who don’t care until a girl appears visibly “sick.” At which point they just fire the girl.

On the other side of this dynamic are the clients. Many are aware of these risks but choose not to prioritize them, partly because the cost of engaging with local alternatives—escort, strip clubs, sugar babies and breastaurant— will likely be 1k + for a similar service with bbfs.

However, there is a segment of this industry where women have achieved significant success. These individuals, often the most skilled and attractive, are able to negotiate their own terms. They tend to have long-term plans, are financially savvy, and many are on track to becoming multi-millionaires. Some may even go on to own their own studios or other businesses. Importantly, these elite workers are far less likely to engage in high-risk behaviors, such as offering unprotected services for a palsy additional $100 compensation.

SO here's an idea...if we all ask the studios to get the girls tested...and tell them we won't see the girls unless they can confirm they have been. Now I am sure the studios could lie to us and just say, yes, they get all the girls tested, but if we start bringing it up to the girls maybe something will change...


Or maybe we'll just all keep banging STD infested whores bareback...who knows.

Some of these girls definitely are getting tested. I’ve had conversations with them and they’re just as concerned about catching something as we are one even told me that she takes prep, and even without that it’s still a minimal chance of catching the big one, but knowing that somebody has popped for anything means it could spread like wildfire through the studios and that’s enough of a reason for a break in my opinion.

Haha...so many try to justify the risk of no condoms. You point out one statistic of chance of infection and ignore the other on always wear a condom from same source. How ironic you pick the data you want.

It's simple, condoms are effective. I bet you can have sex 100k times with a condom and not catch anything. Even so called herpes 2 is reduced. Follow the guidelines, damn, ask your doctor. If you know someone has something, will u risk it 2499 times coz cdc said it take 2500 times to catch it? Each encounter has an equal chance of being the one. It could be your first time or your nth time. Once u catch it, the stats don't matter.

If you use condoms, you won't catch anything. If you don't, pray your chance encounter is not the 1 in 2500 that makes the exception. My take is that your health is taken for granted when u r healthy. Get sick and watch all the fun end.

Don't BBFS not worth it, neither is BBBJ because they usually arent that good at it, its not like the pornos. Don't think it's easy to get HSV2 from skin to skin unless you have an open wound. ALWAYS shower and pee after a session and use a cover you'll be fine. DFK is only a real risk if they have a sore, LFK a bit less risky.
