I had a great dream about Playmates... Bought the building, renovated the 2nd floor into penthouse, "tryout room".... Could stay up from Open to close.... Think of all the money saved from lapdances !!! Wonder if the " cameras" were ever located on rhe second floor ?

Can’t find the building in any real estate ads.

If it is for sale, maybe the owner just wants to retire. Or it needs work he doesn’t want to pay for.
