I don't have to. Between frozen aid and subsidies. Halted shipments and payments. Water for the growing season released that was never going to make it to wild fires. Zero plan for avian flu. I mean, we can keep going on (making them tariffs targets), but you're not going to fix all that with the minor amount of money spent on USAID on the things you didn't like when compared with all the potential bleeding.
