Talk to Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court.
And any President who uses their powers to grant certain statuses within the confines of the law.
You didn't get up in arms when Trump granted TPS to folks or extended it. And he saw it as politically advantageous at the time.
And you didn't cheer on Obama when he was deporting so many folks the Republicans joined Democrats in criticizing him.
Law and Order ain't just a TV show and or what you wish it to be.
Buckle up. Gonna be an interesting ride.

You left out people that overstay. Violate their status. Work without authorization. Few other scenarios.
Try again.

Well... yet. I do remember some folks pretending Obama was acting like a king.
How did he deport so many without using Trump tactics? You figure that out yet?

Agree with the employer part. Sort of like a runaway. It's not illegal to be a runaway but it is against the law to harbor one. If people without greencards can't get a job, than that would limit the desire to come here. And cracking down on employers that hire undocumented help would seem to be the fastest way to deter entry into this country.

So, I guess Fearless Leader should step down since his mother fits your description above.

also wrong. it is illegal to be a runaway .. if you ILLEGALLY run away to the US

wrong as usual .. Trump's parents were .. wait for it .. legal immigrants. but you knew that .. right?

Agreed. Always tell this to my helper.

Really? You can prove his mommy came here legally BOTH times? And the second time with the son of a draft dodger which, btw, made it illegal for him to emigrate out of Bavaria. SO, by donnys current way of thinking, he is by default illegally here since his relatives came here by shady circumstances. Thanks for letting me look into that.

completely wrong. just more TDS nonsense
Though the 1940 census form filed by Mary Anne and her husband, Fred Trump, stated that she was a naturalized citizen, she did not actually become one until March 10, 1942.[1][6][7] However, there is no evidence that she violated any immigration laws prior to her naturalization, as she frequently traveled internationally and was afterwards able to re-enter the U.S.[14] MacLeod returned to her home area in Scotland often during the course of her life and spoke Gaelic when she did.[8]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Anne_MacLeod_Trump
try harder if possible ...
and what's this nonsense about Bavaria and Fred Trump being a "draft dodger"?

Like how you ignored the first time she was in 'murica.
AND how you ignored her hubby roots coming here to illegally avoid the draft, hence making him an illegal immigrant from Bavaria.
donny specifically doesn't want illegals in this country. Show him the door out of here.

fred trump was born in the US. how exactly are you gonna prove he dodged the draft? in Bavaria?
Frederick Christ Trump Sr. (October 11, 1905 – June 25, 1999) was an American real-estate developer and businessman. He was the father of the 45th and 47th U.S. president, Donald Trump.
Born in the Bronx in New York City to German immigrant parents, Trump began working in home construction and sales in the 1920s before heading the real-estate business started by his parents (later known as the Trump Organization)

Nice deflecting.
"Roots"
You are intentionally not looking where I said.
donny should not be in this country by *his* metric.

still wrong. you claimed it was Donald Trump's father .. not his grandfather Frederick Trump who left Bavaria to avoid conscription and that is not a disqualification to immigrate to the US .. LEGALLY
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frederick_Trump
In 1901, Trump returned to Kallstadt and married Elisabeth Christ. As he had purportedly immigrated to the United States in order to evade conscription, the Bavarian Government stripped him of his citizenship in 1905. Consequently, he returned to the United States with his family.
FAIL
not a disqualification to LEGALLY immigrate to the US.

Show *SPECIFICALLY* where I said donnys father.
"with the son of a draft dodger" was the first reference I made.
Your poor deflection is really on the upswing.
And those hits just keep coming.
Love how you love supporting a family of draft dodgers.
