Did People Vote For Higher Peices
I say let people have what they voted for. So I’ve no sympathy for the poor and middle class that elected Trump. Folks deserve to feel the pain.
Trump voters clearly wanted more unaffordable groceries and gas. If Trump maintains these tariffs (I suspect he’ll withdraw them and lie about all the confessions he got in return), the level of pain that people will start feeling could get very bad. If they think groceries are expensive now, wait until gas prices spike another dollar and the cost of daily used goods and food increases. That, along with no one to work the fields in the US since we’re mass deporting, will lead to even further increases in grocery bills.
Will right wing media and social media be able to sell “the pain hurts go good” to average people.

We voted to Make America Great Again. It's a process that takes some time. Come back and bitch and moan in a year if things aren't better.

Libs and Democrats wrong again. Mexico Tariff's put on hold for 30 days and Mexico sending troops to their Northern Border.
Trump wins again, Democrats look like total fools.

10,000 Mexican National Guard to the border. Well that’s gonna stop everything. Trump really showed Mexico who’s boss.

What did the other guy do? Absolutely nothing, and people die in the street every day because of it. Trump gets results and the left cries that it’s not enough. Should’ve been outraged for inaction years ago, maybe it’d never have come to this, but, since a dem was in office, a million devastated families weren’t worth mentioning.

He got a similar number sent to the border. 1.5 billion in border investments and Mexico passed a pile of administrative actions.
He also got Mexico to help break up caravans, hold a large number of people who were waiting with CBP One appts in Mexico, helped setup some resources in Mexico to reduce border encounters.
We could go on, but you're not interested unless you can compare the worst parts to ehat you think are the best pats.
None of that really used tariffs as a threat and we weren't on the edge of the coin where it comes up tails and you pay more for things for no real reason.

LOL. Yeah, and out of those 10,000, how many of them are willing to risk their life and their loved ones' lives to fight with those powerful cartels? I know I sure the fuck wouldn't risk messing with them for that bullshit pay... hell, if I was them, for the right bribery price, I'd drive them over to America myself and drop their asses off for any cartel that needs help transporting humans.
Regardless, I would hardly consider a 30-day tariff reprieve a victory for those who currently struggle to buy groceries.

Is it time to reset the price discussion to a week ago ? Eggs, anyone ? President Trump is now saying it is hard to reduce prices.

Let's not forget that Fentanyl deaths went from 9500 in 2015 to 58000 in 2020. Wonder who was the President during those years?? Oh yeah, it was the Mango Mussolini. This is all a smoke show to make his sheep actually think he's doing something.
